This lovely holiday home is located in a peaceful, rural location and forms part of a fantastic horse riding school and farm. It’s surrounded by acres of stunning island countryside and as the farm is set down from the road, you can completely immerse yourself in this rural escape. There’s ample to do here on the farm, the children will enjoy meeting all the on-site animals and letting off some steam in the on-site play park. The nearest beach is in Ryde, 6 miles away, and offers a wide range of cafes shops and bars along with plenty of attractions to keep the kids entertained. For a great family day out, there’s Monkey Haven (0.5 miles), Tapnell Farm (11 miles) and Carisbrooke Castle (6 miles) which are sure to keep everyone entertained. Keen walkers and cyclists will enjoy the island’s many trails in the local area.

This gorgeous holiday cottage is located on a purpose-built rural farm and set within acres of countryside. Approaching the property, you’ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint courtyard where you will find this lovely holiday cottage. Upon entering the property, you’ll find yourself into a small reception hall leading to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, the perfect place to curl up in front of a family film after a long day out exploring all that the beautiful island has to offer. With the open-plan nature of this room, it creates a lovely space for a social evening, cooking in the modern, well-equipped kitchen whilst chatting and enjoying a family meal around the spacious dining table. The kitchen also offers adjustable heights on the surfaces, hob and offers a low-level oven. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a spacious king-size room with ample space and a separate wet room. Heading upstairs, you’ll find a king-size bedroom featuring relaxing neutral decor and a Smart TV. This room also features a beautiful en-suite shower room. Moving through this floor, there are two twin rooms and completing the cottage is the family bathroom.

Heading out from the lounge/kitchen/diner to the back of the property, you’ll find the private enclosed patio garden offering outdoor dining furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. Out the front of the property, there is a communal garden with seating.

Excellent location Spacious with good downstairs facilities for those less able The property is in need of some TLC and could have been cleaner on our arrival

Did our gang of 3 generations (ages 5 to 74) very nicely. Location is excellent and having a restaurant on-site for a latish arrival was really good news. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful.
