As you approach the property, you’ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint courtyard where you will find this holiday cottage. Upon entering the property, you’ll enter a small reception hall leading to the lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge provides comfortable seating and a Smart TV, making it the ideal spot to get cosy and watch a film after a long day out exploring. With its well-equipped kitchen and dining table, this room makes for a great social space, perfect for planning the day ahead over your morning coffee. French doors lead out from the living areas into the garden. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious single bedroom and the downstairs wet room. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the large master double bedroom with additional single bed (suitable for a child) and a Smart TV. Completing the cottage, there’s a twin bedroom and the main bathroom with neutral, relaxing decor, giving you the perfect place to unwind and soak the day off.
Heading outside towards the back of the property, you’ll find the enclosed garden offering outdoor dining furniture, ideal for al fresco dining in warm weather. Out the front of the property, there is a communal garden with seating and with an ‘eco-friendly’ ethos, the site itself boasts solar water heating and rainwater harvesting.
