On entering this reverse level cottage, you will have both bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a lovely double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor, and it has a bath, separate shower and WC. The staircase leads you up onto the open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and original oak beams. These touches make this a lovely light and airy sociable space to enjoy time together with your family or friends after a day out on the beach or exploring the North Devon countryside. Catch up on a programme or movie on the TV and DVD player; here you can also relax on the comfortable sofas whilst you reminisce over the fun activities from the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a tasty meal to enjoy, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
