Use the step to enter this cosy cottage which is on one level you will find the lounge/diner on the right-hand side with a large comfortable sofa to relax on after a day of adventures and fun. This room has a TV and DVD player, so why not catch up on a movie or have a natter with family and friends. Next to this room, you will find the first lovely double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a tasty meal with an electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Leading from the kitchen are the further two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC, and the last bedroom with bunk beds. Completing this property is the family bathroom with a bath and WC.
Heading outside, is a great gravelled and lawned area with your own picnic table and charcoal BBQ or you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches, and there’s an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat ideal for families, friends or couples alike. Guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm.
