A lovely, comfortable, cosy wee base to explore Arran from. The cottage had everything we needed for our few days there, Nicky and Pete were usually about if we had any queries, and the dogs made sure we were well entertained and enjoyed showing us to the beach several times! 12/10 good girls and boys! Would happily stay again om another visit to ARead morerran. Hide

We have had a fantastic week at The Bothy and would highly recommend a stay there- it is comfortable and well equipped and the location and view are fantastic.. It's a good base for exploring Arran, and wonderful to be able to walk to the beach. The farm dogs are a fantastic bonus, and a nice pub in walking distance . Perfect.

The Farmhouse Bothy was perfect for my all too short stay on Arran. It's super-cosy, has everything you need, and the view out to sea is wonderful. Peter and Nicki are very welcoming, as our their many collies, who will happily take you for a walk to the beach. The location is great and I hope to return next year.

We will definitely be returning to the Bothy as Peter and Nicky were so friendly and welcoming and we felt really at home on the farm. The farm dogs were great, always pleased to see us and ready to go down to the shore with us. The produce from the farm - meat, eggs and veg - were absolutely delicious. A truly wonderful place.

Owners were very friendly and as everyone else has pointed out the dogs are quite an experience- they loved to be taken to the beach (although in truth it is the dogs who take you to the beach!).
