The cottage is absolutely beautiful and we could have stayed forever. Such a peaceful setting. Jon and Kay were such lovely, welcoming people. Plenty to do locally, the Roman Fort was amazing. We will definitely be back to start our Hadrian's wall walk.

This cottage was quaint and very comfortable. There was (literally) everything I needed, for a perfect relaxing stay. The owners had very kindly left some eggs & shortbread (plus chew bones for my dogs! ). I loved everything about it. If your priority is peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot! Thank you!
