We are lucky in the midlands to be surrounded by hundreds of microbreweries and micropubs. Nearby you can visit Newstead Abbey, ancestral home of the poet Lord Byron, Wollaton Hall with its 400 acre deer park and natural history museum and further afield but just 35 minutes away are Chatsworth Estate, the Peak District and Derbyshire in general. Both Nottingham and Derby city centres are a 30 minute drive and accessible by car, tram or bus.
