Lovely Cottage, nice and quiet but still close to amenities. We liked watching the ducks on the pond. Alison was very accommodating and gave us advice on which butcher to go to, their products were amazing and we bought lots home with us. We will not hesitate to book again when we are in the area.

This cottage was lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet and welcoming. Alison had thought of everything you might need during your stay even hot water bottles! We had a great week with our 3 adult children exploring the area and playing board games in the evening.

This cottage was beautifully designed, each bedroom was more than adequate both in furnishings and equipment = electric fan if hot in each bedroom, extra blankets if cold, more hangers in wardrobe than anyone would expect, hot water bottles if needed but the cottage was so nicely warm that we never put on the radiators and were disappointed we had Read moreno reason to use the lovely wood burner. Ironing board and iron, tv in each, etc, etc. Superb. The cottage was excellent as a base for exploration Hide
