This property is less than two miles from Croyde Bay, one of the best surfing destinations in the country. With a mile of glorious golden sands, and a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops, it’s a great destination for surfers, swimmers and families. The sandy beach of Putsborough, with a host of rock pools, is less than a half hour walk, and the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton are just a short drive away. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to complement the wonderful scenery, including Exmoor National Park, the delightful towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, or you could take a boat trip to Lundy or discover one of the many National Trust properties in the area.
Please note, this elevated accommodation is accessed via a flight of steps. On entering you will find yourself in the attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge offers a lovely spot for relaxation, with TV/DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. The bright dining area is ideally situated, and the charming kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. You will also find a cosy bedroom with king-size bed. There is also a shower room complete with WC. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room which is shared with another property.
Stepping outside, you can relax in the enclosed patio area with seating, a built-in BBQ, and which offers superb countryside views. Ample parking is available.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
