Lovely cottage, really dog friendly with a fully enclosed garden. Cosy and comfortable and a great place to get away from everything.

This is a very comfortable cottage in a very remote location, yet the surrounding roads are good and EMPTY. A car is a must and it would be advisable to bring in a good supply of food with you. The cottage is really only advisable for two people, but the rewards are the surrounding hills and silence. Home from home.

The cottage was peaceful home from home in a stunning location, good value for money and very helpful hosts. Plenty of garden for the dog to run around. Would definitely recommend this cottage. The donkeys were also a pleasant sight to see. We will certainly go back.

The cottage was absolutely ideal for our stay. It is well located for exploring the surrounding area with the massive Galloway Forest Park a short drive away. It is quite remote but off that's what you're looking for it's perfect.

Fantastic cottage with a large garden great for the dogs. In a lovely area of the country, the cottage was nicely decorated and very clean, the road to the cottage is safe for dogs off the lead. The owners are so friendly and helpful, can only give 5 stars. Highly recommended , if your after a quiet retreat this is ideal.

I would not choose this cottage again as it was not very clean and there is extremely limited mobile and no internet available. It is quiet and remote and good for dogs.
