Situated in the rolling countryside close to the gorgeous sandy beaches of South Wales, and not far from the beautiful Cardiff Bay, there are plenty of things to do and see. Cardiff, the vibrant and popular capital of Wales, renowned for its cosmopolitan vibe and fantastic array of pubs, shops and restaurants, is just sixteen miles away. You will be spoilt for choice with many beautiful local beaches, including Ogmore by Sea and Southerndown, or you could go rock pooling at Llantwit Major. There are many fabulous walking routes nearby along the Heritage Coast, or you could visit the fascinating St Fagans Museum or the fairy-tale Castell Coch.
A short ramp leads to the doorway of this charming single-level holiday cottage which is a converted cattle shed. On entering, you will find yourself in the pretty and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and cosy lounge is an ideal space to relax, with tasteful furnishings, TV and DVD. There’s a charming dining area, and you will find the attractive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Exploring this lovely property further, you will find a comfy double bedroom. There is also a shower room complete with WC.
Stepping outside, you will be able to relax and sit back in a seating area directly outside and to the front of the property. There is also a garden area. There is also a utility room / washroom, which is shared with the two other properties on-site, and which is ideal for washing boots or bikes. A coin-operated tumble dryer is housed in the utility room.
