This property enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of the attractive seaside town of Aberaeron, situated on Cardigan Bay in West Wales. Aberaeron is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday, with its pretty harbour lined by colourful Georgian buildings. There is an interesting array of shops in the town, as well as a choice of restaurants and pubs, many of which pride themselves on offering the best produce that the local area has to offer. For those who enjoy scenic cycle rides, there is a fantastic traffic-free cycling route which runs along a disused railway from Aberaeron to nearby Llanachaeron, where visitors will find a beautiful Georgian manor house, maintained by the National Trust, and set within wooded grounds.

On arrival at this property, guests first come to the lounge/kitchen/diner, a spacious room with a dining table at one end and the kitchen at the other. It is easy for guests to make themselves at home in the kitchen, thanks to the good range of equipment including a Range oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. Next to the dining area, the lounge area has a choice of comfortable seating and offers a Netflix-enabled TV. Stairs lead from this area to the first-floor accommodation where there is a cosy bedroom, the second bedroom is situated on the ground floor. Both of these are spacious king-size rooms with plenty of space for storing clothes in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also located on the first floor is the shower room with shower and WC

Outside, the shingled garden with its patio seating area, is where guests will find the wonderfully relaxing hot tub, a real treat to be enjoyed at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. There is also a set of garden furniture here, as well as a BBQ, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco meals whilst admiring the panoramic countryside views. For those who want to fish for sea trout, brown trout and salmon when in season, a licence is available from the post office, a path leads through the owner’s field to a flight of steps leading down to the riverside.

A lovely setting with lots of birdsong, and trees for as far as you can see. Hot tub is very nice and is maintained every two days which made us feel good. Its quite close to the road but theres not much traffic and the trees block most of the sounds.

Lovely barn in a very convenient location for access to the west coast. The barn was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was a great addition after a long day walking in a private setting. Enclosed area for the dog too, we really enjoyed it!

Lovely cottage and fantastic hot tub. Comfortable furniture and beds. The heated clothes airer was extremely useful. Aberaeron is a lovely town with everything you could need. Unfortunately the traffic noise from the road from early hours of the morning spoilt our stay a little. The lorries are quite frequent, and very loud!

Very quiet and peaceful place with access to the river. Dogs loved it and so did we. Lovely area, so near the town and Cardigan Bay. Plenty of places to eat out, if you don't feel inclined to cook. Great place to put your feet up and read a book after the hot tub which was brilliant.

Really lovely cottage, with everything needed. Aberaeron was lovely with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Only disappointment was the back of the cottage bordering a busy road with HGV regularly driving along it and that we werent able to walk into Aberaeron due to the road having no pavement.
