Just back from a lovely week at Pheasant Cottage. A perfect base for us to explore the island, in pretty Godshill. It was great to be on a working farm and our son loved meeting the animals. The owners couldnt have been more welcoming. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great cottage in a lovely rural location. All the major island attractions are within easy reach. Great hosts. Short walk into Godshill. Would recommend trying the route over the fields and through the woods, that brings you out behind the Griffin pub, avoiding the road. It's a little bit further, but great fun with amazing views. Big bonus is thatRead more you are almost guaranteed to see red squirrels on the bird feeder at the front of the farm house. Will definitely be booking another stay. Hide

Pheasant Cottage was a fabulous place to stay - we really enjoyed the freedom of being able to walk around the grounds & see all the animals. The cottage was very comfortable. Quiet location & the sunsets were amazing. Also a bonus was the charging pod for electric cars - this meant we didnt have to search around for charging stations.

Pheasant Cottage is delightful and surrounded by glorious countryside. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Being situated on a farm makes it a wonderful place for children who are welcome and indeed encouraged to visit the animals. After a day on the beach it is a haven to return to.

We had a fantastic time at Pheasant Cottage. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and were very informative regarding local walks, shopping and popular eating establishments. My Granddaughter loved seeing ( and helping) to walk the horses. A memory she will never forget. Thank you so must.

A very clean, comfortable cottage, with comfy beds and lots of bedroom storage. Everything you need kitchen wise, and the cottage is situated at Godshill, right in the centre of the Island so everywhere is in easy reach, and on a farm with lots of animals to see. Cottage is dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not secure.

Lovely little cottage in a great location. Lots of good walks from the doorstep and within easy reach of the village centre. Not an enclosed garden so not ideal if your pooch is a wanderer. Fortunately, ours isn't and she was happy to roll around in the grass with the resident farm dogs, Loki & Spike. We will be back.

The cottage was very comfortable and more than adequate for our needs as we would be out most of the day, but the only real observations we have that the accommodation could do with a bit of modernisation. There were some decorating issues which could be addressed, but it was superficial and sure remedies that be easily fixed. A digital radio wouldRead more be a good touch, maybe a dishwasher as well. We are not going to be too critical, because we had a nice stay. Thank You and will recommend. Hide
