The cottage is close to the Lagg Distillery (1.5 miles) and some delightful beaches. The nearby village of Blackwaterfoot (8 miles) overlooks Drumadoon Bay and is home to a charming harbour, sandy beach, golf course and tennis club. Landmarks nearby include Drumadoon Point – an Iron Age fort (9 miles), and the King's Caves (11.5 miles). Exploring the island further you can visit the popular village of Brodick (18.5 miles), home to the beautiful Brodick Castle, Garden and Country Park, or you can head further north for the mountains including Goatfell (21 miles).
Stepping into this light and spacious holiday property you will find the cosy and welcoming lounge. This is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a lovely day, with plenty of seating, TV and DVD. The stylishly designed kitchen/diner is perfect for sharing a family meal round the farmhouse dining table, and is fully equipped with a double oven, range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. The ground floor also features a games room with a ping pong table, snooker/pool table and sofa bed. Heading upstairs there are four comfortable first-floor bedrooms. There's a super-king-size room with an en-suite, a bunk bedroom, a toe-to-toe twin room and a family room with two single beds and two sets of bunks. Please note the bunk beds are not suitable for adults.
Going outside, the farmyard features a covered patio area where you can enjoy al fresco meals or a glass of wine. Children can play on the adventure climbing frame which can be found on the front lawn.
