A wonderful stay in an idyllic location, our little girl adored the peacocks and chickens on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean and the lodge exceeded our expectations in terms of space. Cant wait to come back!

Honeysuckle lodge was in a perfect location for our first visit to Northumberland. It was lovely and clean and well designed. Sadly the mattress on double bed has probably reached the end of its lifespan and was very uncomfortable. We are not overweight but you could feel the springs every time you turned over.

We normally avoid developments of cottages but the location of this one next to Newton Links and a very short walk from beach was just too good location to miss. The cottage was extremely clean and although in a terrace no noise permeated from either side. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. The cottage is in a beautiful spot, a ten minute walk from the sea. It is cosy, simply furnished, clean and an ideal base for walks. A morning walk to The Ship along the coastal path for coffee, or a crab sandwich for lunch sets you up for the day and theres plenty to explore locally by car too. Our favourite place to stay.
