I spend a week in the cottage and loved it. It is quiet with a beautiful view over the fields with the sky, the cows that would come to the fence to see what Im doing, and the marvelous sunrises to be seen from the bedroom with the twin beds and the kitchen window. The field next to the cottage which had the cows in made for a very lovely view when they were all at the fence along garden and they love to say hello! Amazing stay at Firthview cottage. Spotless, gorgeous, quaint, comfy beds, amazing views and central for touring Cairngorms, Highlands and Black Isle. Nairn was a lovely seaside spot too. Don't forget to try the recommended walks, the views are so worth it. Would be back in a heartbeat.
