Lovely first floor apartment, skilfully converted from a former stone barn retaining original features, perfectly located in a lovely rural spot just two miles from the popular seaside town of Tenby.

Enjoying a pleasant rural location within the grounds of the owners home, on an Organic farm from which the owners run a highly popular Organic vegetable box scheme,with seasonal produce grown on site. From here they also operate a quad bike activity centre (discounts available). Perfectly located just a short drive from picturesque Tenby with its pretty harbour, cobbled streets and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A host of visitor attractions are also close by including historic castles and wonderful family themed adventure parks.

Steps lead up to the first floor of this lovely conversion, with a canopied entrance perfect for shedding muddy boots after a lovely long walk. The front door opens into a open-plan spacious lounge/diner with fabulous beams which gives the space a really characterful vibe the focal point being the wood burner and TV, perfect for cosy winter escapes. The kitchen leads off the lounge/diner and keeps the light airy feel and provides everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Three steps down from the kitchen leads into the hall way where you will find three spacious bedrooms, two twins and a double with an en-suite shower (no WC). Completing the property is the bathroom with a shower over small bath. The WC is separate to the bathroom.

Outside there is parking for three cars and a patio area with a picnic bench, perfect for al fresco dining.

Enjoyed staying here but it needs to be highlighted that the property is some way from the main road leading into Tenby and is up a long dark unlit very narrow lane. Unsuitable and too far for walking into Tenby.

This place is a fantastic quiet little gem with quad biking on site as a bonus. Well equipped with all the things you might need. 3 beds, 1 double and two large twins. Only downfall is the one toilet depending on how many are staying and like us different familys but dead minor if you get on well like us. Out of the way but we didnt mind having to Read moredrive out or the peace and quiet Hide

A key reason for booking this apartment was to have the quad bike facility that the owners run, close to hand. It proved worth it! The living and kitchen areas of the apartment are nice and spacious whereas the bedrooms are cosy with very comfortable beds. We were a group of three adults and two children and coped with the one toilet but a second oRead morene would have been preferable. The location is peaceful and relaxing set along a lane a mile or so out of Penally village. Hide
