This upside-down accommodation features a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed, TV and an additional single bed can also be supplied on request for an extra guest. The bathroom includes an electric shower, a heated towel rail and WC. Upstairs is an open-plan living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, small dining table and chairs, wood burner effect electric fire and TV/DVD. The highlight of this property is the balcony that the living area opens out onto. Featuring a small table and chairs, this balcony enjoys unrivalled views out onto the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is also found on the first floor, equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the utility room, featuring a washer/dryer.

Outside of the property guests can enjoy a small enclosed garden along with a balcony off the living area with seating and BBQ. As the property is located on farmland, guests are welcome to enjoy the wildlife pond with seating, feed the fish and ducks and also visit the chickens. Guests can make the most of a variety of shared outdoor activities and amenities, including tennis, badminton, football nets, picnic tables, lawn area, swings and see-saw. The property has ample off-road parking.

An excellent holiday cottage for two with stunning views from the upstairs living area. We had forgotten how narrow the Cornish lanes are but after a couple of days we became accustomed to the single track roads approaching the cottage. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

An absolutely fabulous cottage in a very quite unspoilt location. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all. Transport is a must due to its location. The property looks good and has a great view.Inside is generally well appointed,the living room is very pleasant. Well located close to some beautiful beaches and the picturesque Polperro.

Owners ( on site) were very helpful and accommodating. Position of cottage excellent with gorgeous views. Bit windy on Juliet balcony in September. Easy access to several local attractions. Very expensive to park in Polperro if you dont fancy the uphill walk to return to the cottage.

We had a lovely relaxing time here. The cottage was homely,comfortable and cosy. The furnishings were of a high standard. Beautiful countryside views and within a 20 minute walk of Palermo though the walk is very steep. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
