Set within a courtyard of beautifully converted byres within an established working farm, step through the original bricked archway into the barn where you will be pleasantly surprised by the exposed beams and contemporary style that the owners have created. The kitchen/breakfast room has been enhanced with exposed beams and stone tiled floors finished with a contemporary kitchen area, well-equipped to include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A table and chairs are set within the area and perfect for enjoying a hearty breakfast. The cosy lounge is perfect relaxing with friends and offers a TV/DVD, along with a more formal dining space for special occasions. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. So, when the sun goes down, climb the open wooden stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. Outside to the front of the barn there is a seating area with table and chairs where you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. You could also explore the grounds and say hello to the horses. There is allocated off-road parking for two cars.
