The market town of Okehampton is just as short drive away from the property, offering an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and takeaways.

Venture outside and you will find a large enclosed rear patio area which offers garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, benefiting from easy access to the kitchen, this area is perfect for outside dining. There is ample off-road parking available on-site.
