Welcoming hosts, lovely working farm, remote and quiet, if you don't count the occasional animal noises. We came for the peace and quiet and the goats. I would highly recommend this property for a lovely relaxing holiday. Beautiful surroundings, lots of animals to see, plenty of places around to visit, although most are an hour or so away. Would certainly come back if I had a chance.

Birds Nest was a fantastic place to stay, Ginny made a wonderful cake for when we arrived with fresh flowers on the table. The place was rural so not ideal for anyone who wants amenities close by. The views were incredible. The place was clean and tidy with everything you need. Wed definitely visit again.

Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Young people in party thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the animals and want to come back. Have booked the adjoining property for late spring half-term week.

Lovely cottage location central for visiting the south and north coast about 1hr either way Ideal for children safe and nice to feed the goats . The hosts were happy for the children to accompany them when feeding. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable, and the host left a lovely Victoria sponge and cider as a welcome.
