Lovely property in an idyllic setting. Particularly ideal for disabled guests with a ramp to the front door and a superb wet room. Comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Wonderful for children, who can access all parts of the farm to see the animals and birds. We loved Bert the Turkey, who followed us around, and hand fed the white PeacRead moreock. The Peacocks were vocal at times, but who cares. It was lovely to sit in the enclosed garden and watch the antics of the chicken, peafowl and guinea fowl. Shepherds Watch is a comfortable, cosy cottage with tons of character. We had an utterly delightful 5 days here & would definitely go back. The animals are an added joy (although the peacocks & hens are quite vocal at times!) - the surroundings are quiet & beautiful within easy drives of the coast.

A wonderful week! A better set of directions needed to find the property especially on a dark rainy night after a long long journey. An update of the information in the visitors guide in the house also needs updating. People we phoned up no longer exist!
