The place was very nice, warm and welcoming. The little things that went a long way was that the place came with some milk, coffee, tea and sugar. There was also home made brownies to welcome us there which were very tasty. The place is ready to live in and has everything you need for cooking and cleaning ect. The place also a perfect location for Read moredog walking with lots of paths to explore through fields and woodlands. Also close enough to civilisation to do shopping. Would recommend. Hide

This is a first class accommodation which has everything you need. The owner/ family were very helpful and generous, especially when he fetched us some pouring cream from the shop and then declined me offering to pay for it. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely use this cottage when in the area again. Thank you.

Just spent 2 weeks in the old piggery cottage at Ashe Farm. Just amazing!! Immaculately clean, comfy, everything you need and freshly decorated. Just off M5, so a good base for all the great places in Somerset. Sarah and Ian are a fabulous team. Mainly dealt with Sarah as Ian concentrates on maintenance etc. Nothing is too much trouble. Helpful andRead more friendly is an understatement. They never stop. Always on hand and also making sure guests have the best time without intruding. Highly recommended Hide

The property was clean and bright. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was great for access to motorways and main routes. There was a lovely walk through woods to an impressive viewpoint. It was ideal for the dog. Our hosts were lovely and left us some milk and delicious brownies in our arrival.

The Old Piggery provides spacious and comfortable accommodation. The attention to detail in the furnishing and equipping of the property is amazing. Having the owner readily available, just up the lane, adds a feeling of welcome. We cycled into Taunton and enjoyed water activities on the Bridgewater to Taunton canal.
