Lovely, quirky off- grid holiday location. Ideally located for East, West Devon and Dorset. Short trip to a great range of tourist destinations. The bus is not insulated and our Christmas week was both fun, freezing and a challenge.

If you want somewhere that's off grid and secluded, this is the perfect place and is in an amazing location to get to Lyme Regis or any of the towns/beaches to east and west. We loved sitting outside with the fire pit blazing and a glass of something in our hands. The vineyard is well worth a visit as well!

We had a great time in the bus. Reminiscent of the late 80s/early 90s new age traveller festivals. Beautiful, peaceful location full of birds and beasts and Seaton wetlands nature reserve on the estuary nearby. An earlier review mentioned trouble with the water flow. We experienced this too but don't let it put you off. It was easily fixed by Kate Read morereplacing a water filter. After that water pressure was as good as at home. Thanks for a beautiful week. Its a beautiful bus and we overall had a lovely time, I would say that theres a bit of a draft from the windows at the back of the bus so itd be good to wrap up in colder times. We also had a slow water supply bc of the cows so showering was early mornings or late evenings, not a big deal but thought its good for people to know as we wish we knew!
