The small hamlet of Llandefalle is just 9 miles north of Brecon. Surrounded by countryside and mature woodlands, guests are welcome to explore the many trails that pass by or near to the house. Well-positioned for exploring the National Park, you can access the river Wye for kayaking and wild swimming at Llyswen (3 miles) or Glasbury (7 miles) and the foothills of the Black Mountains from Talgarth Common (6 miles) for walking and cycling. The vibrant market towns of both Hay-on-Wye and Brecon are close by (10.5 miles and 9 miles) both steeped in history and showcasing local arts and crafts.

Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you navigate your way up to the farmhouse, surrounded by lawned garden, actively managed farmland and with established broadleaf woodlands to the rear.
