Located on the owners' 700-acre dairy farm, you will be able to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Just over a mile away is the market town of Bideford with a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the famous Tarka Trail, or you could head to Westward Ho! and enjoy its two-mile stretch of golden sandy beach, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Other glorious beaches nearby include Croyde, Woolacombe and Instow. Towns and villages including Clovelly, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all nearby. The area offers many other attractions including The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the beautiful Lundy Island.

On entering this elegant single-level property you will find yourself in the cosy and welcoming lounge/dining area. The lounge is an ideal space for relaxation, complete with feature fireplace and SMART TV. The attractive dining area is perfect whether you’re sitting down to a special meal or grabbing a snack. French doors with one step down lead you to a spacious and light sun lounge with seating area, TV/DVD and access to the swimming pool/gym area. You will have sole use of the private heated indoor swimming pool (heated to 86°F). The small gym area offers a treadmill and exercise bike. There is also a separate shower and WC in this area. Exploring further, you will find a stylish yet traditional kitchen, equipped with everything you may need including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the nearby utility room. There are three comfy bedrooms all with lovely countryside views: two king-size, each with TVD/DVD, and one twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the large enclosed garden which offers stunning views, and a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.

Beautiful cottage with ample space and good layout. The cosy lounge would be ideal on chilly evenings, but we spent most of our time in the lovely sun lounge adjacent to the amazing pool. Huge secure garden visited most days by a hare. Friendly cows visited daily. If bringing little ones its worth knowing the shallow end of the pool is 1.2m and beRead morecomes deep quite quickly, but its warm and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return. Hide

Indoor PRIVATE pool is fantastic. Not many places come with its own pool. Huge fenced in garden to keep the little ones safe.

The pool is a fantastic facility that made this holiday for the children. Brilliant for pre and pist outing activities and also fir a couple of days when we just stayed at the cottage. Bideford also is a delight- try the Pocket Cafe. There are plenty of nice places to eat. And the beach at Westward Ho! Is close, or walks or cycle rides along the TaRead morerka Trail. Hide

Fabulous cottage and facilities. Ideal location for exploring and views were spectacular. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake.

Nice spacious bungalow with all the home essentials you need. Pool area is lovely, with the added bonus of a toilet and shower. Its nice that they provide floats and water squirters etc. Beautiful scenery and the added bonus of having cows come up to the fence a few times we were there. Just needs modernising. Highly recommend

On arrival was greeted by complimentary flowers, wine, and milk. The cottage was very spacious, had everything you would need, it was just like being "at home". The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great and was used daily. A peaceful location, we loved being greeted by the cows every day. Happily return in the future.

Wonderful holiday in a peaceful location but close enough to other sights and amenities without having to travel far at all. Swimming pool is amazing, grandchildren loved it. Views beautiful, garden great for playing and watching the cows.

Bybury cottage is a special place. Great location. Not far to drive to places of interest. Absolutely recommend this as a holiday accommodation

Luckily enough to have another holiday in this fabulous cottage. We absolutely love staying in this property and recommend it as a perfect rental for all ages. This standard of cleanliness is high, it is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Really peaceful location with views that are simply gorgeous.

Lovely house in a lovely setting. We didnt have the best weather on our stay but the indoor pool saved us! The kids were more than happy. They loved playing in the garden and seeing the cows. Very well equipped house with everything you need. Very happy and will defiantly be back one day.

Fabulous property. We were 4 adults and 2 children. The place is so big there was plenty of room for everyone. Lovely big garden with bbq and seating. The pool is such a bonus. Only a short drive to a fantastic beach. It really is the perfect place for a family holiday.

A charming house in a beautiful setting, we loved it from the moment we walked through the door and the pool was an added bonus enjoyed by everyone especially my Granddaughters. The little extras left by the owners were appreciated and when a small problem arose they quickly dealt with it. Look forward to returning.

Really idyllic location with lovely views and great having your own swimming pool. The garden with mature apple trees was really spacious and well maintained. Everything worked fine and was simple to use. Left to our own devices for the week which made the whole experience really relaxing. Some visits from the cows in the neighboring field was a niRead morece surprise. We will be looking to come back as soon as possible! Hide

We have visited this property many times and truly think it is our favourite place. A lovely cottage with character and charm, with a fabulous extension housing a fantastic swimming pool. Cottage is lovely and clean, kitchen well equipped and appreciated the wine, milk and flowers. The views from the property are breathtaking and made even better wRead morehen the cows come to say hello. Lovely places to visit nearby and a supermarket in close proximity. Enjoyed staying here. Pool was fantastic. Good for all ages. We'll equipped kitchen but couldn't use BBQ as bits were missing.
