Set in a peaceful private location, this picturesque property shares a courtyard with a neighbouring barn conversion. Set out on foot to explore the dramatic Black Mountains or follow the 5-mile circuit south along the Beacons Way through woods to open mountains, via a world of ancient pillow mounds and homesteads. Visit Carreg Cennen Castle ( 4 miles ) or admire the Llyn y Fan a natural scenic lake surrounded by breath-taking mountain peaks. Jump in the car and explore the Dan Yr Ogof show caves which can be found 30 minutes away from the door. For amenities, pop into the market town of Llandeilo (6 miles) to browse its selection of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.

Inside, this sympathetically converted barn boasts oak flooring, exposed stonework and soft neutral decor throughout. Prepare and enjoy delicious family meals in the traditional kitchen/diner, where you will find an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and oak dining table to seat eight. After meals, fire up the wood burner and settle in for a cosy evening of games, TV or films in the inviting sitting room. A double bedroom with spacious en-suite wet room is located on the ground floor. An oak staircase leads up to the first-floor bedrooms, which include two king-size rooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers over the baths, plus a delightful twin bedroom which is accessed via one of the other bedrooms. Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings.

Outside, a sunny terrace leads to a large garden with furniture for relaxing with a glass or wine or BBQ in the sunshine. A hot tub boasts breath-taking views over surrounding countryside, the perfect way to unwind after a long day on foot. The barn is set within 70 acres of farmland and can be booked with neighbouring property to sleep up to 12 guests

Beautiful cottages with so much space and great activities for the younger members of our party. We fell in love with Rhiannydd's cottages and will definitely book again the next time we have a family gathering. Everything was very clean and the beds as comfortable as our beds at home.

Gem of a find if you want something rural and away from it all. It deepest Brecon the barn is gorgeous and very well equipped. It was a total surprise to see the games barn which our entire family loved. We played netball, skittles, darts and table tennis. Our dogs loved it too as they could roam free - that was a bonus for us. It has a stunning viRead moreew and a lovely country kitchen. We made some great food courtesy of the well kitted out kitchen. We had a lovely break at Rhiannydd's Barn. The property is spacious and the hot tub was ready for us throughout our break. The play barn was very much appreciated as it helped us keep the little ones busy. My family stayed in the adjoining cottage, which was lovely as we could be together but also have our space. It's worth noting that the glass atRead morerium is not available by default to the Barn if the Stable is booked. Just worth being aware. We stayed at Rhiannydds Cottages for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained and set in the most gorgeous countryside with amazing views all around. Had a really.lovely time at the cottage. It was immaculate, everything was of a high spec, well equipped with little touches like coffee pods for the machine, condiments etc. our teenagers absolutely loved the games room and being separate meant they could be out there late and not keep us awake! A lovely relaxing week away from it all. The area is just incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Lovely walks from the house and the owners couldnt have been more friendly. The house is well equipment and had everything we needed. The barn didnt get much use as it was too cold but the jacuzzi did! Thank you!

Just returned from a lovely week here. Weather was very much on our side. 4 generations of our family stayed here. Plenty of space. Hot tub was a great way to spend the evening. The kids had hours of fun in the games barn. My 8 yr old grandson has found a passion for pool. Farmer was very attentive and offered advice on days out. Very peaceful and Read morerelaxing area.. A clean large farmhouse with a downstairs bedroom and en-suite as well as upstairs bedrooms and en-suites. Well used playbarn for big and little kids and acres of open farmland to play games and explore. Well equipped kitchen and table to sit together to eat as well as an outside dining area and BBQ made it a pleasure to stay home and relax.
