Lovely, well equipped cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Not close enough to a pub or restaurant to walk to, but Shrewsbury about 20 mins drive away. Beautiful walking country at Church Stretton.

Good accommodation in super location. Very comfortable beds. Nice little sheltered garden to sit in under the parasol. Amazing to have no man- made noise - no distant traffic noise, no aircraft noise - just bird song and the occasional moo from the Highland cattle in the field opposite.

This cottage was really lovely with a great homely feel about it, perfect for a short stay. The equipment provided was in good condition, there was more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware etc, and if the weather had been less drenching we would have been happy to sit outside in the small front garden (the chickens were an added bonus!). Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. The railway station at Church Stretton has a very reliable service for days out. The central heating was not working for most of our stay, the owners provided us with 3 electric heaters as a temporary solution.
