One of three stunningly designed pods nestled just off the Cornish coastline, on an organic dairy farm, this really is the perfect retreat for couples to absorb the dramatic sea views and enjoy the popular South West Coastal path. Head out to the nearby Marsland Mouth where you can explore the stunning rocky coastline on offer. Take in the Rectory tea rooms, the 13th century Bush Inn and the historic church where Reverend Hawker made his home for over three decades and famously built Hawkers Hut from the timbers of wrecked ships, which is now the smallest National Trust building to be visited in England. The hugely popular coastal town of Bude (11 miles away) is renowned for being one of North Cornwall’s top beach retreats. With its impressive array of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of local amenities including heritage centre and art gallery, surf schools,ten-pin bowling, and golf course. Further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, along with other historic fishing villages including Boscastle and Clovelly which are within 30 miles.

Step inside this stunning coastal pod and into the perfectly designed and comfortable studio-style lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area, which has been uniquely designed for these pods alone. The lounge area has a sofa, Smart TV and warming wood burner whilst guests can gaze across the rolling fields stretching to the ocean, with views out to Lundy Island. This brilliantly flexible and sociable space includes ample room to lounge and dine, the perfect spot to relax in style after a day exploring. Also included here is the perfectly appointed kitchen which boasts all the essentials for a relaxing, stress-free holiday. Here you can prepare fresh ingredients sourced from one of the many local farmers’ markets, whilst there is also a breakfast bar with comfortable seating for both guests to tuck into the prepared spread. In the sleeping area you will find a lovely king-size bed. Completing the property is a perfectly appointed, chic shower room with its unique curved finish with shower and WC.

Heading out onto the terrace from either of the two doors, will bring you onto your own private terrace, with bespoke homegrown oak furniture, where guest can watch the stunning sunsets enjoying the BBQ or glow from the firepit. Each pod also offers the added bonus of its own fully enclosed lawn, allowing peace of mind for those with four pawed friends. A gate off the lawn gives further access to 5 acres of organic, grassland meadow. A truly remarkable retreat for those looking to escape from every day life with beautiful views and stylish living. This property's eco credentials include solar power and a biomass boiler. To keep the property as energy efficient as possible it feature triple glazing and extra insulation in the walls. Couldn't fault the amazing location and views. Our dogs loved the safe, enclosed garden. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The property had everything we needed. A lovely, relaxing stay.

This was an excellent choice for a holiday destination and would be hard to beat. The setting was superb; the accommodation was clean, well equipped, modern and tastefully presented. The extras eg log stove, garden, firepit and even the size of the tv, made it even more special. I can only say thank you for facilitating a great holiday.

Lots of positives to the Horizon module and its location. The photos do really illustrate the venue, it is lovely, patio deck superb. The module is very well equipped for all your cooking (etc) needs. Shower area is superb. Bed is firm but comfortable. We found the sofa very uncomfortable but that may be due to age! Very little storage (3 coat pRead moreegs on door) in this type of unit so clothes were on the floor for a week. We did feel that pre visit checks could be reviewed we found an issue which had be reported in a previous review (one radiator not working - however one was really ample, we felt no need to lit the lovely stove as it would have been too hot. The shower was still super despite the feed pipe to the small shower head being ruptured (we reported this). We feel a couple of chairs on the deck would be better than the wooden bench, there is one of those already in the garden. Don't think they would spoil the look of the place. Hide

With amazing views of countryside, the sea and Lundy The Views deserve their name. The pod was so comfortable and the kitchen was great with everything I needed. The bathroom was wonderful a lovely big sink and large walk in shower. It really helped me relax after walking the coastal path, which was so close.

Great location and the small fenced garden was perfect for a stay with the dog. The log fire is great for cooler nights (and super cozy). The Bush Inn and the Rectory for a cream tea are a must.

We have just come home after a weeks stay here. The location with its views was amazing and it was super! The Pod was well equipped and with its enclosed garden was great for us and our 2 dogs. We used the large field directly off the enclosed garden a couple of times (just watch out for the cowpats!) The log burner was a welcome addition as the evRead moreenings were a little chilly although there are radiators in the Pod this was much more cosy! Perfect for rest and relaxation! Hide
