Great for couples and small families, spend your days relaxing in the countryside or have memorable day trips along the fun-filled Lincolnshire coastline. The seaside town of Mablethorpe is just 5 miles away and provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Sutton-on-Sea (3 miles), Skegness (17 miles), and Chapel St Leonards (10 miles) and with attractions nearby. For keen walkers, there are numerous coastal and wolds walks to enjoy. There are castles, country houses, windmills, and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Or, follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history.

Step into the property and wander through to the lounge, the perfect place to put your feet up in front of the Smart TV after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all you need to rustle up a meal during your stay, once the meal is cooked, gather around the nearby dining table to eat. The conservatory overlooks the garden and is a great place to curl up with a good book. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin room, both decorated with matching furniture and pretty fabrics, nearby to the bedrooms is the bathroom.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed making it great for children and pets and offers outdoor dining furniture, great for summer evenings relaxing outside.

We love this place, we came last year and will go again next year, it's in a lovely area and a great location, and the owners are very nice and friendly.

As stated above, a lovely comfy stay. Clean.,Owners are friendly, go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. Great location for visiting the coastline of Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea. And not far from Louth too. Fabulous home cooked food too in the owners icecream parlour/ cafe. Win win. No driving. Ate there three times.

A secluded little place, clean, comfy and a few steps away from the famous Father Brown's cafe which sells their amazing homemade ice cream. Easy reach of the beachs and places to visit. You are on a working dairy farm, but only hear the occasional moo to remind you and if you are wondering, there are none of the usual farm smells at all. This bungalow is wonderful. Tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. We came with our grandsons and also loved it. There are toys and games to play incase of bad weather and a good selection of books. Being right next to Farmer Brown's ice cream parlour and coffee shop was an added bonus, providing lovely food and of course delicious icRead moree cream. Hide

This was a lovely place to stay! The owner was so lovely and friendly, lovely fresh milk, cookies, plum loaf and ice cream as a welcome gift. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and cosy, lovely sized garden and amazing location. I absolutely loved staying here! The only flaw was the internet connection, I could only get a connection in the back bRead moreedroom and it kept cutting out which made researching places to go a bit challenging but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely holiday Darren shown us around on arrival. Very comfortable cottage. Lovely touch with the goodies left for us. Very handy having a Farm shop next door food delicious. Great base for visiting different places. Absolutely lovely location and house, extremely clean and fully equipped. The owners were very friendly and happy to help. Dogs loved the fully enclosed garden. Will be booking this place again for next year.

The cottage had everything we needed and more it was very comfortable the garden was lovely and safe for the dog there was plenty of space and the farm life was very interesting to see we enjoyed it as I'm sure a family would with plenty of games books and puzzles to occupy every one in case of wet weather.

A good base to explore lovely Lincolnshire. Comfortable accommodation, well appointed kitchen with plenty of equipment provided. Amazing ice creams, milkshakes and breakfast at the farm shop. We were sad to leave.

Apart from a few teething problems, Jane was extremely quick in putting them right. Our dog loved the garden which was secure.

Had a lovely holiday. The layout of the bungalow was really good, plenty of room and well equipped . Our hosts were kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had some lovely meals at the Farm Shop and lots of delicious ice-cream and fresh milk, not forgetting the home made cakes. Farmer Browns Ice Cream is just the best ever and right next to the bungalow. I would recommend Farmer Browns to everyone.

A lovely cottage, ideally located. The owners are very friendly and helpful, but non-intrusive. It is on a working farm, however there is no noise or disturbance, and it is lovely to see the cows being moved to the different fields. The owners were really what made this cottage stay so great. Not only did they leave us a selection of treats from the farm shop on site to enjoy but we were invited to meet the cows and Jack was great with our little boy explaining the milking process and he even got to sit in a tractor. Met Darren on arrival, was very friendly, a lovely guy, showed us around, the cottage on arrival, which is really lovely enjoyed our stay, very clean & comfortable, fabulous location, beach very close by, would definitely return, had a few meals at farmer brown,s, very reasonably priced & good quality, thank you for a fabulous week.
