The living area is a modern open-plan space comprising of a lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is modern and fresh and benefits from electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a dining area which will seat 6 and looks over the fields, the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious dinner together. After enjoying your meal, you can retreat to the lounge area where you can sink into the comfy corner sofa and armchair and pop on the TV/DVD for a relaxed evening. The utility room is a great space to store coats and boots and is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. Stairs lead you to the first floor where you can find the en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over and WC.
Outside, there is a lovely, enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ which is separated from the neighbouring patio by a dividing fence for privacy. Beyond this there is a large lawn area which is shared with the next-door property. This gives guests a wonderful sense of space and ensures far-reaching panoramic views across the countryside. Dogs must be kept on a lead when walking around the working farm due to many species of rare ground nesting birds in the area. Off-road parking available for four cars.
