Additionally, guests can embark on an excursion to the city of Dundee (20 miles)and take the opportunity to visit the V&A Museum and the small town of Broughty Ferry, renowned for its shopping. Golf enthusiasts will also find themselves in paradise, with prestigious courses like Carnoustie, 17 miles away, and the legendary St Andrews, situated south of Dundee.

As you step inside this beautiful steading, you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage for your jackets, shoes, or outdoor gear. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you enter, with high-quality finishes and luxurious touches throughout. There are two spacious super-king-size en-suite bedrooms; the first is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. What sets this bedroom apart is the bi-fold doors that open onto a private garden area. As you step outside, you are greeted by extensive countryside views, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. Moving on to the second bedroom, this room boasts a dressing room/wardrobe area, offering ample storage space for your belongings and like the first bedroom, it also features bi-fold doors that open onto the private garden area. This allows for a seamless indoor and outdoor connection, making the most of the stunning surroundings. Ascending the glass and oak feature staircase, we enter a spacious open-plan area that encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living space. The design is modern and sleek, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through large windows. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, which is furnished with an elegant table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals. The music system is integrated, with ceiling speakers allowing you to create the perfect ambiance throughout. You are naturally drawn to the patio doors which lead you to the heated enclosed glass-fronted balcony. This is an inviting space that allows you to enjoy the outdoors while being sheltered from the elements. Whether you want to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset, this balcony provides an ideal vantage point. There is also a separate WC located on this floor. Throughout this entire property, the combination of glass, oak, and stylish decor creates an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a truly exceptional experience.

Guests also have full use of the onsite complimentary leisure facilities open all year from 8 am -9 pm. The 11.5-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym are bookable for private use sessions of 90 minutes. There is also a beauty therapy and treatment room located within the leisure building with a range of treatments available, bookings are required in advance, and details will be offered prior to arrival. Other on-site facilities include tennis courts and a children's play area with zip wire. Glen Clova is the first of the steadings and is closest to the pool.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need and more! The newly added hot tub was amazing and a welcome treat over our New Year stay. Dont miss feeding the highland cows, theyre amazing!! We used the little farm shop for some bacon and eggs, it was really convenient as the nearest shop is a good 10 minute drive. Having private use of Read morethe pool and gym is really nice. Hide

We stayed in GlenClova for about a week in October 25, it was perfect for my partner and I and our 2 year old son. The house layout, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all so well put together, clean and felt luxury! We lucked out and seemed to be the only guests in whole location which meant we had the pool and gym to ourselves, which again my sRead moreon absolutely loved. Would absolutely recommend. Hide

A modern, spacious property. Very comfortable and well equipped. We booked a 3 night stay for a family wedding but unfortunately didnt get a chance to use the pool or gym. Its in a lovely, quiet area surrounded by farmland and the views are stunning. We really appreciated the outdoor heater as the autumnal nights drew in. A lovely peaceful cottage with all you could want for relaxation. The balcony and its views were amazing and we especially enjoyed watching the harvesting. Our teenagers loved the pool and although in a fairly remote rural location we had some great trips out locally.

Beautiful cottage, simply stunning. My kids said it was the nicest house they had ever been in. The facilities are perfect and spotless. The little shop is such a nice touch and so handy.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean, everything you need in apartment. Lovely welcome gift crisps, chocolate and wine. Only down side you have to drive for meal and drinks.
