Dexter Barn was clean and is well located. Lovely scones on arrival! Its a bit of a squeeze for three people and some simple improvements would make it a more comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which if you have mobility/balance issues could prove a bit challenging as there isnt a lot of space to manoeuvrRead moree getting in and out of the bath to access the shower. Overall I think Dexter barn is more suited to a family with young children. Hide

This was our second stay at Dexter Barn and our third stay at this location having stayed in the larger property Highland Barn before. Our stay was as we expected - excellent. Dexter Barn had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable, the scones, cream & jam to welcome us being a particular highlight! Would definitely staRead morey again when we return to Cornwall. Hide

Great location, peaceful, easy to find. Cottage spacious, well equipped, comfortable and up to date. Beds very comfortable. Mattress medium to firm. Perfect! A lot of holiday lets have very soft mattresses leading to a bad back. Nothing was too much trouble. Owner very accommodating. Lovely setting on the farm. Very relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay in baxter cottage. It is a beautiful and spotlessly clean cottage. Our two dogs loved the lawned area which was closed off from the patio by a gate. We would highly recommend this beautiful barn conversion that is set on a working farm ( We watched the sheep being brought into the field next to us) in a lovely quiet location.
