Keen walkers can also spend their days exploring the South West Coast Path, taking in the spectacular scenery and views along the way, or even feel the crackle of twigs beneath their feet across Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor, all under 20 miles away. Other places of interest include the idyllic fishing villages of Clovelly, Port Isaac and Tintagel, all under 27 miles away.
Stepping up into this homely retreat you will soon notice the idyllic blend of both character and contemporary features. From the opening hallway venture further into the property where you will discover the living area, which comprises a relaxed cinema-style room in the form of a projector with Smart TV function, a truly perfect spot to relax in front of the warming wood burner for a family movie night in on the two stylish sofas and extra beanbags. Heading through to the opposite side of the hallway will bring you to a stunning kitchen/diner with a Smart TV. Adjoined by the utility room next door this home has all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, and WC next door. The stylish dining table is also situated here and provides ample seating for all guests. Making your way up the stairway will bring you to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is well equipped with a king-size bed, Smart TV and accompanying en-suite shower room, whilst there is also built-in wardrobe space in addition. The second bedroom is fitted with a king-size zip-and-link bed (can be split into two singles upon request) and there is again a Smart TV and ample clothing space. The final bedroom is complete with a single bed whilst the family bathroom is well appointed with shower over bath and WC.
The spacious rear patio and garden can be accessed via the parking spaces or through the French doors from the kitchen/diner. Here guests will find their own private bubbly hot tub and comfortable outdoor seating to sit back and relax after a day of adventures across Devon and Cornwall. A short few steps up from the patio guests will also have private access of the rear enclosed garden, an ideal space for children and pets to burn some energy, with added peace of mind.
