This welcoming room has comfortable sofas framing the warming wood burner with seasoned logs thoughtfully provided ready for your arrival, there is also a Smart TV/DVD and a bookcase with plenty of books and board games to keep everyone entertained. From the hallway, head through to the kitchen/diner, which is spacious and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Sit, chat and plan your day at the farmhouse kitchen table. Upstairs on the first floor there are two characterful bedrooms, with exposed beams, both with en-suites. Lots of lovely, sunny spots around the grounds to enjoy with your own table and chairs provided, BBQ and acres of fields that you are very welcome to explore. There is an exclusive lawn area for guests just across the courtyard, an ideal space for children to play or for everyone to enjoy a picnic.
