The property lies on working farmland complete with farm shop selling fresh produce. Just half a mile away you will find good local shops and pubs in Welford-on-Avon. Shakespeare’s riverside town of Stratford-upon-Avon is just 5 miles away, the historical town boasts a wide range of shops and eateries, as well as a theatre and a hop off and hop off bus tour. A short drive away you can discover several National Trust sites nearby, Charlecote Park (9 Miles) and Hidcote (9 Miles). Also worth a visit is Warwick Castle (13 miles). For a relaxing day, the beautiful Cotswold villages sit waiting to be discovered such as the market town Chipping Campden (9 Miles). Whatever your interest, this is a superb location.

Arriving at the lovely farmhouse entrance door, you are invited into the hallway with downstairs WC, where you can conveniently store wet coats and muddy wellies. Leading through to a beautiful spacious lounge with beautiful high pitched ceilings, original oak beams and a prominent fireplace with gas-fired burner, inviting you to snuggle on the sofa by the fire with a captivating book or perhaps spoil yourself with a glass of wine or two. If you stay in for a meal, there is a fabulous fitted country kitchen/diner with views out to the garden and bespoke oak cabinets that sit alongside a dining table and chairs for two. The kitchen is well-equipped including an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and dishwasher to save washing the dishes. On the same floor, you will find a double bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Heading outside, you will find a lovely courtyard garden with a BBQ and outdoor furniture to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed while you dine out enjoying the farmland surroundings. A great deal of attention has gone into the privacy and comfort of this property.

The cottage Arbales was lovely and spacious inside, quite deceiving from the outside. Having stayed the last week in November we found it to be very cosy and warm. Lovely local walks and quaint hamlet/village architecture.

Cottage is very comfortable, well-equipped and in a peaceful rural location. The Greenway, close by, very good for cycling into Stratford.

Lovely cosy and clean cottage in a great location.It is close to everything even though it is in a quiet village.Owners are really welcoming. Loved the farm shop and walks along the river and to the Bell in Telford for good food and beer!

We fully enjoyed this property to the full. it is well equipped, warm and very comfortable. The cottage was comfortable, warm and welcoming. Fully equipped, we wanted for nothing during our two weeks there. Comfy furniture and bedding, lovely bath/shower room. We loved our stay at the cottage! Had loads of character and was very clean. The location is brilliant, short drive to Stratford upon Avon and a nice riverside walks to go on, the village has some great pubs. The farm shop is lovely. The fishing is brilliant, caught loads of Roach, Dace, Bleak, Perch and then plenty of big Chub and Bream, as-well aRead mores a specimen Barbel. The cottage was fantastic. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, spacious bedroom and a very large bathroom. There was a patio with garden furniture. It is in a rural location with lovey walks yet only 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and great for exploring the Cotswolds. Would strongly recommend
