Lincoln that is famous for its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta Centre is within easy reach and is well worth a visit. The sandy beaches at Skegness can be easily reached for a day at the seaside. Enjoy excellent walks and cycle routes straight from the door of the property into the Lincolnshire Wolds. Cadwell Park Circuit is a short drive away from the property, as are the market towns of Louth, Horncastle and Market Rasen, also well known for its racecourse and is also worth a visit.

Step through into this single storey conversion into the hallway, lose your coat and boots and let the cosy cottage welcome you. The impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts exposed brick and high ceilings decorated with oak beams, a stunning place to relax, so put your feet up on the comfy sofas in front of the Smart TV/ and enjoy a movie. French doors let the light flood into the room for a bright and airy feel. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal for your loved ones, such as electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave, and the nearby farmhouse table is spacious enough for the whole family to come together. Enjoy a good night’s rest in the double bedroom with TV.  There is a further twin bedroom, and shower room with shower and WC. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with hand-held shower over spa bath and WC.

Take time to unwind in the outdoor hot tub with nearby table, chairs and BBQ. Beyond the courtyard is a spacious shared grassed area with lots of space to enjoy outdoor games. Explore the 300 acres following the private Farm Trail, a glorious walk designed to take guests on a beautiful path around the farm incorporating a ponds, woodland, private airstrip, dedicated wildlife areas, and beautiful scenery. Enjoy some time relaxing by the private lake watching the wildlife or try your hand at fly-fishing, also you can play a game of tennis on the shared tennis courts. You will also have access to a share utility room with washing machine. There is off-road parking for two cars.

We really enjoyed staying here. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved exploring the farm trail and using the hot tub in the evenings.

Perfect cottage in a lovely location.The cottage has its own outside seating area complete with private hot tub, but we also had all the grounds to explore and use of the tennis court. Don't rely on the local pub for refreshments as it's closed on Monday, Tuesday, early on Sunday and most afternoons. The location is ideal for exploring Lincoln and Read morethe Lincolnshire Wolds, but you do need a car as buses are infrequent. Thoroughly recommended. Hide

The cottage was very comfortable and cosy. We had a lovely time relaxing in the hot tub listening to the owls. The owners were friendly but gave us our privacy. Will definitely come back if we revisit Lincs.

We had an amazingly relaxed time at the cottage. It's so homely and comfortable. Clean and spacious. The hot tub was terrific. Easy to use and not overlooked. A lovely cottage in a beautiful area of the UK. Excellent facilities in a spacious and comfortable cottage on a working farm. As it is a farm there's plenty going on around the grounds all the time. Cottage is well equipped, beds are comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Ideally located to get around Lincolnshire easily. Short drive to Lincoln, Louth orRead more the coast and endless beaches. This property is stunning has everything you need for a totally chilling time,we do not go back to the same place twice ,but in this case we would definitely go back and the proprietors sarah and johnathon are lovely people, oh not forgetting the plum loaf very nice thankyou would highly recommend this place .

We had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage , the owners are welcoming and available if needed. The location is peaceful and relaxing and was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax at the end of each day. Thanks again !

It's a lovely cottage on a peaceful farm, nice and quiet all we needed for our break. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage is fully equipped with everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely in the beautiful backyard.

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend on this beautiful farm with our two older teens. The accommodation was very well appointed, comfortable and homely and we all enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court! Lovely walks around the farm and convenient for exploring local villages and Lincoln. Friendly, welcoming hosts.

Fabulous cottage, amazing views of the open fields and working farm. The cottage is very comfortable, with everything you could want for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a real treat, as was the jet bath tub. Great space, with very comfortable sofas, beds and lots of room for the family, with a large farmhouse dining table. Kite Cottage is deceptively spacious and cozy at the same time. We were surprised and delighted on arrival by the size of the property, and how well equipped it is, including hooks everywhere!
