The royal town of Caernarfon is 2 miles away and here you can find a lovely harbour, historic town walls, an arts centre and, of course, the impressive Caernarfon Castle. Parc Glynllifon, with its wonderful parkland walks, cafe and crafts centre is 3 miles away.
As you enter the property on the ground floor you have an entrance hallway with slate floors. The living room/diner has traditional furnishings, a flame-effect electric stove, Smart TV and DVD, plus a wooden table and chairs that seats four. The kitchen is compact and functional with tiled walls, wooden units and all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail. The final room on the ground floor is the first bedroom. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and plenty of natural light from multiple windows. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with a bunk bed.
Outside, set to one side of the house is the raised garden area. It has a lawn, garden furniture, a small BBQ, plus stunning sea and mountain views.
