Only grazing livestock and the occasional passing tractor are set to disturb you when staying in this truly rural spot, just 8 miles from Aberystwyth and the captivating Cardigan Bay. Aberystwyth is a bustling seafront town that’s filled with arts and culture. The area offers traditional seaside charm with its Victorian promenade, funicular cliff railway and wide sandy beach, along with Wales’ flagship art centre showing concerts, plays and exhibitions. From here you can follow the Wales Coastal Path along to discover the many coastal beauty spots of Cardigan Bay including the pebbled shores of Llanrhystud Beach (12 miles). Venturing inland, the Mid-Wales countryside also presents a world of adventure. Discover woodlands and waterfalls within the many walking routes of The Hafod Estate, a National Trust-maintained spot that’s 12 miles from the property. You could also take a day trip to Machynlleth to visit the famous MoMA (25 miles).

Renovated to the highest of standards with a quality finish, this barn conversion is complete with handsome original features and all of your necessary mod cons. With high ceilings, spotlights and fresh white walls, the open-plan living area on the ground floor offers an exceptional place to recharge. To one side of the room, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed kitchen area with plenty of space. On the opposite side of the room is a hospitable lounge area with plenty of seating options and a Smart TV, the ideal spot to retire to after enjoying meals at the adjacent dining table. Sitting alongside a shared bathroom is the ground-floor bedroom. This room marks the first of three super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms which can be made into twins on request. Two more of these versatile bedrooms can be found on the first floor, alongside a twin bedroom with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Benefitting from an elevated position, all three bedrooms on the first floor offer countryside views that are simply delectable. A shared bathroom completes the property’s offering.

This property comes into its own in warm weather. With areas of patio and lawn, an abundance of seating options, a private hot tub, a gas BBQ and even its own bar, there’s always going to be space to live life alfresco when holidaying here.

A well equipped barn conversion in a beautiful countryside location. Comfortable beds and lounge area and the hot tub was fantastic! Sadly the pub in the local village is now closed so only a village shop in walking distance. Lots of super walks for our dogs. We had a really lovely holiday here.

We wanted a quality venue, we got it. We wanted to lie in the hottub and watch the stars on a clear Hollywood sky, we got it. Sadly only 3 out of 6 nights but you cant blame the hosts for that. Chilled and happy

Wow what an amazing property, it suited our family perfectly. Mat the owner met us on arrival and explained everything and if we needed anything he was so helpful. The children loved seeing the goats and chickens everyday, local supermarket and Chinese that delivered was a bonus. Cant wait to come back and stay again
