Second visit to this lovely property. So well equipped and immaculately clean. Feels like a home from home. Well located for the coast as well as National Trust properties.

We had a fantastic stay at the Manor farm for a family gathering. The cottage was beautiful, really comfortable and ideal for our dogs as the garden was fully enclosed. The kitchen was really well equipped and we loved enjoying an evening dip in the hot tub watching the stars. The grandchildren loved the "wibbly-wobbly" stairs (beware the less fleet-of-foot), and going through the "secret door" to get up to their bedroom. :)

Excellent accommodation for our party of eight. Location nice and quiet but close to a lovely area and what we wanted to see. Manor Farm is in a private, beautiful location, next to a field of cows. Each morning the cows would visit our fenced garden, and welcome us to a new day. The property itself, is well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of equipment, and the owner has thought of everything. 2 large size fridge/freezers, with an ice machine and cold water reaRead moredily available. Property was spotless, and bedrooms/bathrooms were lovely. Lots of space for quiet moments as well with the 3 lounges. Stairs were a little daunting, especially going up to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Low beams also, so watch your heads, if tall. The only issue we experienced was the choice of hiring the hot tub. What we weren't aware of, was the hot tub was hired on request, so we were disappointed after a long drive, to discover the hot tub had only just been set up, and was not ready to use until 12 hrs later. We managed to use it on one night, and the following day, whilst out, the hot tub fused, and couldn't be repaired. Owner was brilliant, and agreed to refund the cost of the hire back to us. Overall it was a lovely long weekend celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with all the family and partners. Please install a hot tub permanently soon. Hide

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful farmhouse. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay really comfortable. Its such a peaceful setting with lovely views over the fields.
