The Old Barn is a lovely converted barn with everything you need for a stay. Bedrooms are a great size and beds were surprisingly comfortable. The garden area is fenced off which is great for the dogs & the children were surprised to see sheep in the garden but they were just pottering around and no trouble.

The cottage is lovely and very spacious. It is very clean, well equipped and is surrounded by some beautiful views. Whilst it seems a bit remote, it is easy to access most of the peninsula within a short drive. The owners are very friendly and were welcoming. My Grandson loved the resident dogs and sheep. I would say it was a peaceful and relaxing Read moretime and would definitely book again. Hide

Very roomy cottage, reasonably close to what are some of the UKs best beaches (eg Rhossili and Broughton Bay). Its a working farm so you have ever present sheep and the farmers dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed the week - as did our dog on the beaches.

Huge fully equipped property, a view to die for, friendly host. No noise or light pollution at night. We had a week of sunshine which was a bonus. Nice to see the sheep, pheasants and owners. Dogs around the location. Would return 100%

We had an excellent and enjoyable Christmas at the Barn. It was very comfortable and warm, well equipped and very roomy. The owner responded immediately to any requests. Would most definitely recommend this to anyone who is seeking a remote(ish) holiday in a very comfortable, value for money property.

I would not stay here again. It was extremely noisy, the handles on doors werent working properly so you couldnt close them, this meant they banged through the night with the wind. The attic above the bedroom is very noisy. The water tank (I am guessing) sloshes around all night and makes it difficult to sleep. The beds, although we received maRead morettress toppers eventually, were totally unacceptable. It speaks volumes that the property was rented out in such a condition, it is all quite tired and needs a bit of TLC. The oven door was broken on arrival and we used it as our young children needed their dinner and the glass smashed to pieces. Very dangerous. All in all, a great location, the living area is very spacious, as are all the rooms, but it didnt feel very comfortable being there for the week and I wouldnt return or recommend. I would also not use original cottages again as their communication is extremely poor and they absolved themselves of any responsibility saying it was the owners responsibility, but seeing as the number on the PDF was incorrect and the adjacent property was no help, the company should have assisted further.
