Three Ash Farm is a comfortable home, well located for local attractions and the coast at Southwold / Walberswick. The generous accommodation is suitable for extended family and the fenced garden is safe for children. We did however have serious issues with the loose equipment, white goods and high chair in the kitchen which we have communicateRead mored to the owner. These issues could easily be rectified - making the home excellent. Hide

A lovely cottage in a secluded location, well kept gardens and plenty of games and books to keep us entertained. Also we had a good walk into Bungay from the cottage. The little farm shop is highly recommended. We did the vineyard tour and Sunday lunch which was great.

The property is spacious and secluded with ample room for our party of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and two children. We liked the numerous tables and settees and the large rooms. The large front and rear open spaces were a particular hit with the children.

This is a lovely property and the local town of Bungay is delightful The bedrooms are attractively decorated and the beds exceptionally comfortable - we made a note of the make of mattress, in fact.

We really enjoyed our stay and liked the size and overall cleanliness of the house. Lovely to see wildlife around the home, partridges, hares and roe deer. Good location really easy to get to lots of different places in both Suffolk and Norfolk. We would happily go again.

Large farmhouse in a wonderful private setting. Maybe the owners will replace the baths with dedicated showers but that would be our only significant reservation. Very pleasant and helpful owners.

A beautiful old large Georgian Farm house nestled in the countryside. We had a lovely holiday just lacks attention to detail. On arrival we were disappointed with the cleanliness. Windows havent been cleaned in months. Spiders everywhere. Nice large kitchen with everything you need however we had to rinse most things before using. Sunroom has Read moreBlown windows which spoils the beautiful views. Furniture is well worn so throws are used to cover them. Mismatch of colour schemes. Master bedroom is lovely with comfy beds. No shower in the en-suite. Toilet roll holder not attached to the wall. No bin / lid for sanitary products. A lot of Harvest spiders. Towels are old. No dressing table. The other bedrooms are quite dated again with a mismatch of colour schemes. Main bathroom has no shower. The bath had not been cleaned. Another Toilet roll holder not attached to the wall. Shower is in the downstairs utility room The positives are : Its a fantastic location close to Bungay shops & pubs. Resident pony called Rosie was a delight to meet every morning either in her stable of out in her paddock. We all slept like babies on the most comfortable beds. Large spacious property with a large garden with a pond at the end. Saw my 1st Kingfisher catching her dinner. Blessed. Really enjoyable stay so the positives out way the negatives. Note : Dogs on the lead around the farm and land. Hide
