This is a lovely property set in a very nice setting at the bottom end of a 5 star static caravan/chalet site. The site is immaculate and the cottage is clean, well maintained and in a good position with no through traffic. There is a train that runs along the edge of the property but it runs infrequently and is not a problem. Pleasant, quiet cottage, even though the train is nearby. Not far from the beach. The coast is very beautiful. There's little construction in the surrounding area, but mobile homes are everywhere. Close to Barmouth for shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hafod. The cottage was spacious, quiet and comfortable for the two of us, and we had lovely weather to take advantage of the outdoor facilities - inviting hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture. There are beautiful views from the property. Our dog loved the large, well fenced garden and chasing the occasional trains thatRead more run alongside it. It was also useful having facilities located on nearby caravan parks - pub/restaurant, fish and chip shop and convenience store, and going to the beach was a good dog walk. The cottage is well located with interesting places within easy reach. I recommend it! Hide

This cottage is super lovely and the location is perfect. We loved that it was dog friendly and comfortably fit 4 adults for a long weekend. It is very close to Neolithic sites if you have a historian in the family and is in walking distance to some amenities. It is close to the beach and the local restaurant is a great perk. The heated flooring anRead mored electric fireplace made for such a cozy weekend away in December! We also arrived to some local treats such as welsh cake and toppings which was such a kind gesture! Beautiful cottage with a lovely back garden. We have a golden retriever, so if you have a bigger dog, would recommend taking something to cut off to the front garden, as our naughty dog jumped the front garden, which was quite stressful! Cottage is in lovely surroundings, with a short walk to the beach
