Surrounded by farmland with beautiful views over the Dysynni Valley, this cottage is perfect for families looking to take a break in the countryside. Avid walkers will love the array of trails, some of which start directly from the doorstep. The Wales Coast Path can be joined from Rhoslefain (2 miles) and leads to the sandy beach of Aberdyfi. 9 miles away is Cadair Idris, a moderate/hard 2,930ft mountain climb with magnificent panoramic views from the summit. Just 2 miles away in Bryncrug is the village shop and a local pub, whilst Aberdyfi (9 miles) boasts a selection of eateries, independent shops and activities including a golf course and watersports centre.

The living room is cosy with two leather sofas, a TV and a wood burner for cooler evenings, retaining its charm with an impressive exposed brick feature fireplace. There is a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a large oak dining table for 8 guests. Located on the lower ground floor is a characterful double bedroom with a stable door leading out to the courtyard, and an en-suite shower room. There are a further two bedrooms upstairs, with the king-size room boasting a private balcony with some of the best views in the house, and a twin bedroom. An oak-beamed gallery offers additional sleeping space with a double sofa bed and is a good place to relax for a little peace and quiet. The spacious family bathroom completes the property with a shower over the bath and gorgeous views over the hills.

Outside, the pretty patio in the walled courtyard has a picnic table and a BBQ to enjoy evenings outside and dining alfresco in good weather, as well as the private hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Really well equipped and comfortable cottage in very picturesque countryside. We did loads of cycling in the mountains on e-bikes.

Beautiful barn conversion with fantastic views over the fields and the sea in the distance. A very cosy, well equipped place to stay with very friendly and welcoming owners nearby. Had a lovely tour of the farm and got to meet some of the animals too. Beautiful place to visit and we had some lovely day trips out as well. We had a lovely week staying at this cottage. It is very well equipped and everything we needed and more was there. The welcome basket was very generous and much appreciated. The children also really enjoyed visiting the farm and feeding the lambs. The location is brilliant and the setting is so beautiful. A very comfortable and well-equipped property in a delightful location, with very friendly owners. A generous welcome pack and ample supplies of kitchen essentials. The hot tub was a big hit with ourselves and our grandchildren.

Perfect choice for a peaceful getaway and owners very welcoming. Beautiful views all around the cottage. Welcome pack a lovely touch. Everything you need for a home from home stay, very comfortable. Fabulous location, fantastic hot tub, comfortable, great wood burner with excellent supply of logs, and very well equipped! The owners and their family could not have been more helpful and friendly and the 4 farm dogs were delightful. The lambs and calves also added to the experience! Highly recommended!

The cottage is absolutely amazing. Well equipped, very spacious and a good location. The hosts were very welcoming, and checked in on us regularly. They invited us to thier farm as well which my kids absolutely enjoyed! I would very highly recommend the property

Beautiful cottage on a gorgeous working farm, It was great to meet the cows and sheep! The hot tub was really appreciated after taking in some of the local hikes and we also really enjoyed visiting the local heritage railway. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely 3 night break at the property, which is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The owners were welcoming and very thoughtful, bringing a toy digger for our one year old to borrow. He absolutely loved playing with it, and we really appreciated the kind gesture. Having the cot, stair gates, and high chair helped enormously, aRead morend being able to use the hot tub was a lovely bonus. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Hide
