With far reaching countryside views, the farm is in the centre of three quintessential Cornish villages - St. Tudy, Blisland and St. Breward which are all between 1.5 and 2 miles away. Each village has its own shop, post office and pub. The farm is also well located for walks on the moorland or strolls along the coastline with Padstow and Port Isaac 16 miles and 9 miles away respectively.
Inside, the property has been neutrally decorated and is spacious and bright thanks to the large windows, French doors and a pitched roof. The kitchen is substantial and separate from the living area. Guests will find everything they need to cater for themselves during their stay. The living room has a table and chairs for mealtimes as well as sizeable comfortable sofas and a wood burner, meaning the property is perfect at any time of year. The bedroom is on the same floor and has a super-king-size bed which can be converted into twin beds should you need. The bathroom is also on the same floor with a separate shower area, bath and WC.
Outside, the garden is large with a patio area and picnic bench for al fresco meals. There’s a BBQ too for when the weather allows. It is all enclosed with hedges and is a fantastic spot for relaxing after a long day out exploring the wider area.
