This beautiful house has been lovingly developed and owned by the same family for a number of generations. With easy access to the M5 it is ideally situated for exploring all of the picture perfect Cotswolds, while the immediate area provides some great walking and cycling opportunities.

A host of attractions within a short drive include Tewkesbury Abbey and Ragley Hall, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Steam Railway, Birdland, Model Village, Sudeley Castle, the Motor Heritage Museum, the National Waterways Museum and numerous National Trust properties. Cheltenham, Shakespeare's Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and Cirencester are also within easy reach, along with a plethora of chocolate box pretty villages including Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, the Slaughters and Kingham. Slightly further afield, but worth a visit is Oxford with is stunning architecture and fabulous museums, beautiful Blenheim Place, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and the Forest of Dean.

The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms, all arranged on the first floor: 1 master king-size, 1 double, 2 twin rooms and 1 single room. Bathroom: with separate shower and WC. Shower-room: with WC. Additional WC: located on the first floor. Lounge: spacious area with woodburner and flatscreen TV/DVD. Snug/lounge: additional living space with woodburner and flatscreen TV/DVD. Dining room: lovely room for families wishing to dine together. Kitchen: modern fitted galley style with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and access to both the dining room and lounge. Fridge/freezer: located in larder cupboard in the dining room. Utility room: useful area located on the lower ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and further WC. Outside: large enclosed garden with lawn, views of the Malverns and historic Tewkesbury Abbey, garden furniture, private hot-tub with lighting system, BBQ and useful shed for storing bikes (guests need to supply their own padlock if required). Amenities: Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. Additional info: two travel cots available upon request. Stairgates available. We had an absolutely tremendous time at Warders Farm - the farmhouse was beautiful, and had plenty of space for our party, two families of four with kids from 3 years old up to 11. The area was beautiful, with lots of places to visit nearby including Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, and locations like Eastnor Castle and Birdland close by. The hot tub was a Read morereal highlight!! Great place to stay, country lane, quiet, lots of space, big garden, get six in the jaccussi at a push, well three adults and three children. Definitely recommend it for groups or families up to nine.

This is a beautiful house in an idyllic countryside location with easy access to the Cotswolds and plenty of towns. We comfortably slept 9 adults with plenty of lounge space and great facilities especially on a very wet, muddy weekend!

Absolutely lovely place to spend New year's. Lots of space, plenty of utilities, hot tub was very decently sized. No problems or things I can think of that could have been better. Would definitely go again if the chance came about.

Gorgeous property and lovely owner. I hosted a 30th & surprise bridal shower for my friend and it was perfect for 9 adults to sleep comfortably for a long weekend! Everything was spotless, the beds were nice, and location idyllic - a real farmhouse amongst fields with cows next door. The house is standalone on a country road and was easy for taxis Read moreand guests travelling by car to find. The dining table was big enough for 10 to eat/do crafts (we had a jewellery maker!) & amazing hot tub! Thank you Hide

This cottage is really good for a large group - there were 9 of us - and we enjoyed use of the BBQ, hot tub and garden toys. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

We (7 forty-something ladies) had a wonderful time at Warders Farm. The property was spotlessly clean, it has everything you need for your stay and plenty of space to spread out. The farmhouse was lovely and spacious. The log fires were very cosy as the weather wasn't very good. Becky the owner was really friendly and helpful.

A perfect accommodation for us as a group of friends getting together for a few days. Very well equipped property. Host Becky was friendly and extremely helpful with good restaurant recommendations.
