Entering this charming upside-down holiday cottage, you’ll be met with a delightful layout designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. As you step through the entrance, to your right you'll find the first of three cosy bedrooms, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience. To the left, discover a cosy and compact bunk room, perfect for the little ones, as well as a serene twin room providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. This room can be made up as a double upon request. Head up the spiral staircase to the upper level, where you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting country-style kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities for all your holiday needs. There’s also a lovely large table here, ideal for planning the day ahead of breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious living area continues with ample comfortable seating and a wood burner, ideal for cosy evenings in. A dining table for six awaits your gatherings, offering a perfect setting for shared meals and lively conversations.

Step through the French doors onto the private decking area, where you'll find outdoor seating and a BBQ, inviting you to unwind and soak up the sunshine amidst the tranquil lawn surroundings and farming field views. This delightful cottage promises a memorable holiday experience, blending comfort, convenience, and countryside charm.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Just got back from a weeks stay. Marcie was there to greet us and show us around the cottage. The cottage itself is situated in the farm yard next to the main farm housel. It's a working farm but this never disturbed or affected our stay in the slightest. There was an unexpected welcome basket full of local goodies. Superb location, great cottage, friendly and helpful owner. 100% recommend. Loved some of the finishing touches such as fresh cut flowers and welcome basket including some bubbly and everyday essentials.

Had a lovely stay at Garden Cottage. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and the cottage had pretty much everything we needed for the week. Will be back.

Garden Cottage on Span farm is a lovely place to stay. Cottage was clean and we were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. The welcome pack we received on arrival was amazing.! Being close to Ventnor it was easy to get to most attractions and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful. Look forward to returning to the Isle of Wight soon.
