Nestled close to the charming village of Woodgreen, this gorgeous cottage offers an idyllic retreat amidst the breathtaking scenery of the New Forest National Park. Guests are welcomed into a generous entrance hall via a covered porch, with ample space for coats and boots. This leads through into a gorgeous kitchen/dining space, featuring a modern farmhouse-style kitchen, with everything you could need to feed your fellow travellers, whilst allowing for space to dine on the dining table and chairs. Alternatively, you could just relax with the TV on or with a good book on the comfortable armchair. The sitting room is both characterful and cosy, with a beautiful fireplace with a wood burner, exposed brickwork and delightful oak beams. Situated beyond is a family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each housing a king-size bed (which can be rearranged into two singles by prior arrangement).
Outside, there is a pretty garden enclosed on all sides by fencing and a gate. This lawned area is the ideal spot for children to entertain themselves whilst the adults unwind in the hot tub on the terrace. This terrace area is a real suntrap and also benefits from outdoor dining furniture, designed to make the most of the wonderful views over the River Avon and the rolling Hampshire countryside beyond.
