A generous dual-aspect open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the ideal space to unwind and relax as a family, with a chic, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for rustling-up a hearty meal to enjoy on the terrace. The living area features two comfortable sofas plus a Smart TV and a coffee table. The dining table has seating for six and is the ideal spot to play board games or peruse a map ahead of a day exploring the South Downs National Park. The main bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room, and there is a further king-size bedroom and a twin room with zip-and-link bed which can be configured as a king-size by prior arrangement. A family shower room is well fitted and completes the accommodation.
The lodge is accessed via two steps up and is surrounded by a charming lawned area where sheep can often be found grazing. There is an attractive raised decking area, with lovely views across the farm and open countryside beyond. Here you’ll find a rustic outdoor dining table and benches, seating up to 10 guests. Guests are welcome to explore the 100 acres of farmland and beyond via a variety of public footpaths and bridleways.
