Very comfortable, bright and well equipped holiday home. A good sized secure garden, so great for people with dogs. An added attraction are the extensive paddocks that surround the site, so always plenty going on.

Well equipped, very comfortable and a friendly welcome. Great location, being a short drive from the Portsmouth Park & Ride as well as giving easy access to the surrounding villages. It was fun watching the horses.

Windmill Cottage is a delight. It was exceptionally clean, all the linen and towels were like new and Dave is delightful. The cottage is situated in the middle of fields full of horses. All in all a great place to stay!

What a truly idyllic place this was! Perfect for exploring the local areas of Portsmouth, New Forest and Paultons Park. Situated on a lovely farm with horse stables all around. The bungalow was really well equipped and the perfect size for me, my wife and 3 year old daughter. Dave was always on hand for anything we needed, couldnt recommend enough

Great holiday - once we found it! Google maps does not recognise Bere Farm Lane as it is a private road and the sign is only visible from one direction. Do not follow lanes to Boarhunt or go down tiny tracks! However, this cottage is a great find. Set on a working livery where owners come morning and night to look after their horses, they are chattRead morey and friendly and the cottage has everything you could want. This includes a back conservatory which is a great place to read your book and relax. Hide

Comfortable & well-appointed. Peaceful & restful. Well placed to visit Portsmouth, Winchester and further afield to Salisbury, Chichester and the New Forest. A warm welcome & a basket of goodies for 2- & 4- legged visitors. Highly recommend and look forward to a return.
