This rural retreat is located along the idyllic Shropshire/Worcestershire border, with easy access to idyllic countryside, outdoor activities and charming market towns. The lodge itself is set within the grounds of the imposing Kinlet Hall, a Grade I-listed country mansion that dates to the 17th century. Enjoy walks through the grounds, keeping an eye on the abundance of wildlife that call the estate home. Enjoy a day trip on the popular Severn Valley Railway, a heritage steam train that winds through the Severn Valley, with the nearest station just 4 miles away. For the more active, the Wyre Forest (3.5 miles) is on the doorstep, with multiple hiking and cycling trails along with a fantastic Go Ape course for all ages. This part of the country is popular with golfers, and the picturesque Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club is just 4.5 miles away.

The entrance to the estate is accessed from the heart of the village, and the lane winds up to the beautiful lodge which enjoys an elevated position with idyllic views. Make your way inside and into the light and spacious open-plan living area. The lodge has been designed to a superb standard throughout, offering total comfort and a relaxing stay in this rural location. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a self-catered break, so make sure you pick up some fabulous local produce whilst out and about exploring. Enjoy your meal from the stylish dining table which will comfortably seat four. The comfort continues in the lounge area, with multiple sofas and a Smart TV. Head back through to the rear of the lodge and you will find the two double bedrooms, both tastefully furnished and enjoying top-quality linens. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and a dressing room, whilst the second bedroom has a bathroom directly opposite.
A real highlight of the lodge is the private decking, that gives uninterrupted views across the estate’s well-kept grounds. Simply sit back and relax on the garden furniture or cook up a storm and dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ which is provided.
